• ⏰ Hours: Approximately 25 - 35 hours per month

As the Market Manager of the Warragul Farmers Market, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing our vibrant community of growers, producers, and shoppers. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to make a difference while immersing yourself in the heart of the local food scene.

📋 Responsibilities include:

• Stallholder Management involves building and maintaining relationships with our valued stallholders, meeting the WFM Committee's and their needs, and fostering a collaborative environment.

• Allocation of Stall Sites: Strategically assigning stall locations optimises traffic flow and enhances vendor and customers' market experience.

• Risk & Compliance: Ensure all vendors, volunteers, and contractors adhere to market regulations and standards, including risk, health, and safety guidelines.

• Social Media & Website: We engage with our online community, create compelling content, and update our digital platforms with the latest news and events.

• Event Management involves coordinating special events and promotions to attract new visitors and enhance the market's appeal.
