Christmas Gingerbread House Competition

The sweetest part of the festive season is coming to the Warragul Christmas Market - our Gingerbread House competition is more delicious then ever!

Whether you’re a master baker, a creative decorator, or simply someone who loves a bit of festive fun, this is your moment to shine. Families, kids, bakers and brace first-timers are all invited to roll up their sleeves, dust the bench with flour and craft a show-stopping gingerbread creation.

The Gingerbread House competition isn’t just about perfectly piped icing or the tallest house on the block - it’s about community, creativity and Christmas joy. You’ll be part of a fun, festive tradition that brings locals together, showcases talent and spreads plenty of smiles.

Judged by four wonderful leaders in our community, there are prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

Judging will be at 11am on at our Christmas Market - Saturday 20th December 2025.
